Fun problem stories are both belonging to reality and fiction. You have to follow a number of steps to write a fun problem story

If the story is fiction then you have to follow the following steps:

Give a very interesting and attractive introduction of the main character of your story. Explain some incidence that is impressive and mysterious to catch the interest of the reader. If the reader would not like the first impression of the main character he will probably lose interest in the story. The first impression or the beginning of the story should be very good.

Your story must start with a gentle tone telling about the weather or the environment. This will make the reader familiar with the circumstances of the people in the story and the reader will be able to get an overview that what kind of actions can be taken in such environment. This will develop the interest of the reader and make the reader curious about the upcoming story. The starting words are the most important as they reveals the whole story. If the starting words are good enough to catch the interest of the reader and build a solid base upon which the whole story rely upon. Stories are meant to be listened not just read so they must have a lively tone. Dialogues must be there to make the story livelier. Punctuate the conversation well to deliver the right message with the right expressions. The dialogues portray the characteristics of the story well. Make your story interesting and funny by adding tension at the moment when the main part of the story comes. The problem created will grab the reader’s attention and create suspense. Pacing can be also there. That is you can explain in more detail the interesting part of the story and skip the boring ones or just give a little detail about them.

Make the reader understand the main characters problem. In this way the reader will be more interested in how the problem will be resolved and will read the story with more enthusiasm. If you are telling a fun problem story giving it a realistic look or it is related to any person from reality. Give a brief introduction of the person with explaining a little about that person’s personality and the way he deals his problems. This will make the reader feel that he personally knows that person in the story.

The introduction should be explaining about the person and the specific incident that you are going to narrate in your story. The reader must be keen to know what would have happened with that person by reading about him in the introduction. Do not take much time to start the main incident of your story. Narrate your story in a smooth manner so that the reader can easily understand what’s going on.

When you are about to tell about the fun problem, make your reader feel that the story is getting serious. Then suddenly introduce the problem to create tension and suspense. Then explain how the hero of your story dealt with the problem and came out of all the troubles. Your conclusion should be telling about the escape of the hero from the problems and the lessons he got from them.
